Main Characteristics of MK250 CNC Internal Grinding Machine Tools
This machine tools is biaxial linkage CNC internal grinding machine. Through the function transformation of CNC system, it can grind the work piece inner bore,inner taper hole, stepped hole, inner end face and outer end face. It is especially suitable for inner hole grinding of hydraulic cylinder, gear, etc.
The control system of this machine tools adopts the siemens CNC system to control the two-axis linkage and achieve the interpolation motion.
The layout of the machine tools adopts the headstock for fixation. The grinding carriage conducts the transverse feed movement(Z-axis). Two shafts are driven by the servo motor to achieve the gapless linear motion with high sensitivity.
The grinding wheel spindle adopts the mechanical grinding wheel spindle. Revolving speed is controlled by the frequency converter, with stepless speed regulation.
The headstock adopts the sleeve spindle structure, with high precision and big work capacity. For work piece driving, the AC variable frequency motor achieves the stepless speed regulation through the ribbed belt to drive the work piece to move.
This machine tools adopts the totally enclosed cover, the rear bag type of electrical box and the front rotary control console.
